Returned KiCad Project file is missing important data

I just started using Quilter in combination with KiCad 10.

It works great, but I ran is to a time-sink issue today:

The returned KiCad project file from Quilter should be ignored and not replace the source project file. in my case ALL global busses with their nets where removed and caused a serious mess when I synced my PCB with a small schematics change later on.

I suggest NOT returning a project file and only present the user with a routed pcb file. This could help future KiCad users a lot.
