How can I tell quilter not to edit the track that had finish

Hi, the only tracks Quilter might delete are those on internal layers if you choose to use a pre created fabricator stackup. Try using custom stackup - in which case quilter will not delete nor change internal layers and it should be impossible for it to delete the trace.
