Support for DIPTRACE program files

Hello,

I would like to request adding native support for DipTrace program files in your system.
DipTrace is widely used for PCB design, and the ability to upload and process its project files (schematics, PCB layouts, libraries) would significantly improve workflow efficiency and compatibility for many users.

Please consider implementing support for the following DipTrace formats:

  • Schematic files (*.dch)

  • PCB layout files (*.dip)

  • Component and pattern libraries (*.eli, *.lib)

This feature would be extremely valuable for users who rely on DipTrace in professional hardware development.

Hi, thanks for proposing this! Unfortunately we are currently most focused on improving support for Cadence and Siemens products as that is where we see the most demand. However we’ll continue t collect demand for DipTrace and will prioritize it once that makes sense.
