I do all of our intercom and community support. We’ve filed a ticket internally (FIO-296) to investigate - it’s definitely a bug on our side. We generally try to be conservative with your component outlines, and try to include silk, text etc as needed. But it wasn’t super obvious to me on this job what exactly caused it. Our team is taking a closer look - will update here once we have a fix planned.
As an FYI - our customers are typically using Altium, Cadence Allegro, Siemens Xpedition - so we spend most of our efforts there. We do our best to keep up with KiCAD, but as it’s generally not used by professional hardware organizations, it does fall behind in priority 
. I wish more companies used it - alas.
